Ultrasonic degassing and defoaming machine

Ultrasonic degassing (air degassing) is the process of removing dissolved gases from various liquids/Or an effective method of carrying bubbles. Ultrasonic waves generate cavitation in liquids, causing the dissolved air in the liquid to continuously condense into very small air bubbles, which then become spherical bubbles and detach from the surface of the liquid, thereby achieving the purpose of liquid degassing.

Foam refers to the accumulation of a large number of bubbles. The ultrasonic degassing equipment is used to defoaming and degassing the liquid at the early stage of foam generation and before a large number of bubbles are gathered, or to defoaming and degassing the gas dissolved and mixed in the liquid. The entire process does not use any defoamers and is a physical defoaming method, also known as a mechanical defoaming method. For the generated surface foam, the equipment has no obvious effect, which needs to be solved together with defoaming film.
