1、 Power selection: matching welding requirements and material characteristics
The power directly affects the welding speed and effect, and should be selected comprehensively based on the material type and welding area:
High power (over 2000W): Suitable for welding materials with large welding areas and high melting points (such as metals and thick plastics), such as 15kHz equipment with a power of up to 3300W, which can weld large components such as car bumpers;
Low power (400W-1500W): Suitable for precision and thin materials (such as electronic components, ultra-thin plastics), such as 40kHz devices with a power of only 400W, and can solder small components such as SD cards.
Attention: High power should avoid material overheating and burning, while low power should ensure sufficient energy to penetrate the material.
2、 Frequency selection: Balancing accuracy and efficiency
The frequency range is usually 15kHz-40kHz, and it needs to be selected according to the material characteristics and welding accuracy requirements:
Low frequency (15kHz-20kHz): large amplitude, high power, suitable for welding rough and large components (such as plastic shells), but with high noise;
High frequency (28kHz-40kHz): High precision, small amplitude, suitable for welding precision and ultra-thin components (such as medical catheters and electronic chips), and low noise.
Case: A 20kHz device can weld the middle frame of a mobile phone, while a 40kHz device is more suitable for welding small structures such as headphone diaphragms.
3、 Communication function: Enhance automation and monitoring capabilities
Modern equipment needs to have digital communication interfaces to achieve remote control and data recording:
Standard interfaces: RS485, Ethernet, etc., supporting connection with PLC and PC to achieve integration of automated production lines;
Advanced features: The Beineng Xin 2000Xea series supports digital automatic frequency modulation and storage (AT/M), which can record parameters such as welding frequency and amplitude for quality traceability;
Remote diagnosis: Some devices support remote fault diagnosis to reduce downtime.
4、 Other key parameters
Amplitude control: supports linear adjustment to meet the welding needs of different materials;
Protection function: overvoltage, overcurrent, overload, and over temperature protection, extending equipment life;
Welding head design: Customize welding heads according to material shape to improve welding quality.
