Preventive maintenance of closed low-temperature circulation pump
Date: 2025-10-17Read: 2
Closed low-temperature circulation pumpThe preventive maintenance full cycle management plan should cover core components such as compressors, refrigeration systems, sensors, etc., combined with daily inspections, periodic maintenance, and professional calibration to form a closed-loop management. Here is the specific plan:
1、 Compressor maintenance: lubrication and performance maintenance
Lubricating oil management
First replacement: Replace the lubricating oil and clean the oil filter after 2500 hours of compressor operation.
Routine replacement: When the system is well cleaned, replace it every 10000 hours or annually; If operating at high temperatures for a long time, check the chemical properties of the lubricating oil (such as acid value and viscosity) every 2 months and replace it in advance if necessary.
Oil level check: Check the oil level of the compressor daily to ensure it is within the range of the oil gauge, avoiding insufficient lubrication caused by low oil level or overheating caused by high oil level.
performance evaluation
Annual inspection: Invite professionals to inspect the lubricating oil volume, refrigerant pressure, and core component performance (such as valve wear and piston ring sealing) of the compressor every year.
Exception handling: If the compressor produces abnormal noise, vibration, or exhaust temperature exceeding the standard, immediately shut down for maintenance to investigate whether it is caused by poor lubrication, refrigerant leakage, or mechanical failure.
2、 Refrigeration system maintenance: cleaning of pipelines and condensers
Pipeline inspection
Leakage detection: Check the refrigerant pipeline monthly for oil stains or uneven frosting (indicating leakage), use hydrogen mass spectrometry vacuum method or pressurization method for leak detection, repair and replenish refrigerant in a timely manner.
Insulation layer inspection: Check whether the insulation layer of the pipeline is damaged every year to avoid energy efficiency decline caused by loss of cooling capacity.
Condenser cleaning
Regular cleaning: Clean the surface dust of the condenser every quarter to ensure heat dissipation efficiency; If the environment is dusty, it needs to be increased to once a month.
Cleaning method: Use a soft bristled brush or compressed air to blow and avoid damaging the fins; When there is severe dirt, use a specialized cleaning agent to cycle and rinse.
3、 Sensor Calibration: Temperature and Pressure Accuracy Guarantee
calibration cycle
Conventional environment: Temperature sensors (such as thermocouples and thermistors) are calibrated every 6-12 months; The pressure sensor is calibrated every 12 months.
In harsh environments such as high temperature, high humidity, corrosive gases, or frequent vibration, the calibration cycle is shortened to 3-6 months.
Precision experiment: Sensors used for metrological calibration or critical experiments, with stability checked every 3 months and monthly calibration if necessary.
calibration method
Temperature sensor: Use standard thermometers certified by the National Institute of Metrology for comparative verification, with a focus on detecting the accuracy of extreme temperature ranges (such as below -80 ℃).
Pressure sensor: Multi point calibration is performed using a standard pressure source (such as a piston pressure gauge) to ensure linearity meets requirements.
Record management: Establish calibration files to record calibration dates, results, and environmental conditions for traceability and trend analysis.
4、 Daily inspection and maintenance: Details determine reliability
Liquid level and coolant management
Liquid level check: Check the coolant level daily to ensure it is between the lowest and highest marks; Add specialized coolant or deionized water when insufficient to avoid impurities from entering.
Coolant replacement: Replace the coolant every 6 months to 1 year (water-based solutions need to be replaced more frequently) to prevent microbial growth or corrosion; Rinse the circulation system with clean water before replacement to remove residual impurities.
Filter cleaning
Regular cleaning: Clean the filter every 1-2 months, then rinse with clean water or soak in specialized cleaning agents after disassembly; Replace the filter element when the blockage is severe.
Seal inspection: When cleaning the filter, check whether the sealing ring and O-ring are aging or damaged, and replace them in a timely manner to prevent leakage.
Electrical system safety
Connection inspection: Check daily whether the power cord and control panel connections are stable, without looseness or leakage; Use a multimeter to test insulation resistance every month to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Grounding protection: Confirm that the equipment is reliably grounded, the voltage is stable (220V/50Hz), and the power matches the equipment requirements.
5、 Shutdown and long-term idle management: antifreeze and moisture-proof
Shutdown and emptying: Before winter or long-term shutdown, drain the coolant and flush the circulation system to prevent pipeline freezing and cracking; When restarting, exhaust the gas in the system to avoid cavitation damage to the pump body.
Dry storage: Clean the surface of the equipment after shutdown, and place desiccants inside to absorb residual moisture; Store in a dry and ventilated environment, avoiding direct sunlight.
Regular power on: Long term idle equipment should be powered on and run for 10-30 minutes every 1-2 months to maintain electrical system activity and prevent component damage from moisture.
6、 Closed loop management: data-driven and personnel training
Calibration warning system: Set calibration reminders through the equipment management system to avoid overdue inspections; Regularly analyze and calibrate data trends to detect sensor drift risks in advance.
Personnel qualification review: Calibration personnel need to hold a certificate to work, receive regular training, and be familiar with standard operating procedures (such as temperature field uniformity testing and multi-point monitoring).
Emergency plan: Develop emergency procedures for unexpected situations such as leaks, overheating, and data anomalies, equip emergency supplies such as fire extinguishers and absorbent cotton, and conduct regular drills.
Solution value: Through full cycle management, equipment lifespan can be extended by over 30%, unplanned downtime risk can be reduced by 50%, and experimental data accuracy can be ensured to meet international standards such as ISO/IEC 17025.
