Microwave digestion equipment is mainly used for agricultural ecology, biotechnology, and is applied in a series of experiments such as sample digestion, extraction, organic synthesis, concentration, drying, protein hydrolysis, etc.

Instructions for using microwave digestion instrument:
1、 Add the sample to a 100ml sample container and then add the acid used for digestion.
1. The sample size shall strictly follow the requirements in the method provided by the instrument supplier;
2. When adding acid, rinse the container wall with acid to ensure that all samples are soaked in the acid and there are no residual samples on the container wall;
3. The total capacity of added acid should exceed 8ml;
4. Ensure that the main control tank container is not empty.
2、 Assemble digestion tank
1. Cover with a white PFA lid;
2. Add the base of the bullet and the bullet in sequence;
3. Put on a white PFA pressure relief ring;
4. Move into the container rack and tighten with a specialized torque wrench
5. Assembly precautions:
A、 Ensure that all containers, protective covers, bullets, and container racks are clean;
B、 The entire process must ensure that the container remains level to prevent the sample solution from sticking to the container wall;
C、 When using a torque wrench, it is not allowed to tighten it again after hearing a "click" sound; If you cannot confirm whether it is tightened properly, you can loosen it first and then tighten it.
3、 Place the assembled digestion tank onto the rotating frame in the microwave chamber, and place the main control tank behind it.
1. It is not allowed to manually rotate the rotating frame inside the microwave chamber. Use the rotation operation keys on the control end
2. Ensure that the inserted sensor is securely fastened
3. Ensure that the digestion tanks placed are symmetrical. If there are too few sample tanks that need to be digested, they can be placed in an empty container rack to maintain balance.
4、 Close the door of the microwave digestion device
5、 Input the digestion program into the control terminal, and check if there are any errors in the input after inputting the program
6、 Start the microwave digestion device to begin digestion
7、 After microwave digestion, wait for natural air cooling to around 100 degrees, then take it out and put it into water for cooling. Wait until the temperature in the digestion tank reaches room temperature before opening it.
1. Cannot be cooled in ice water
2. The temperature inside the container can only be opened at room temperature
3. When opening the container, the person should stand directly in front of the workstation and wear anti-corrosion gloves throughout the process.
4. It is not allowed to look sideways at the container to prevent acid from spraying onto the body from the small hole in the pressure relief ring.
8、 End work, clean up instruments and equipment.
