Medium adaptability:

Suitable for clean or thoroughly filtered gases, sensitive to solid particles and droplets, requiring the installation of precision filters.

Not suitable for measuring gases that are dirty, contain impurities, or may condense liquids.

Flow range:

When selecting, it should be ensured that the actual flow rate is within the range of 20% to 80% of the instrument range to achieve the best accuracy.

Avoid flow rates below the minimum starting flow rate (related to Reynolds number), otherwise the impeller may not rotate or become unstable.

Installation requirements:

A sufficiently long front and rear straight pipe section is required (usually 10D in the front and 5D in the back, and 20DS in the front and 7DS in the back of the plug-in type) to ensure the full development of the flow field.

The installation position should avoid severe vibration to prevent accelerated bearing wear.

Maintenance and Calibration:

Regularly check the wear of bearings and replace them if necessary.

Real flow calibration is required after long-term use to ensure measurement accuracy.
