The collective meeting of Hanyue Instrument Company for the year 2021.
The meeting was held on October 21, 2021, and mainly discussed the achievements of the company in the first half of the year, as well as the correction of the company's future development direction. Excellent upper level and upward grassroots personnel were commended.
As a representative of new employees, I mainly talked about two parts.
The first part:
To be honest, after coming out of school and entering the workplace, I felt like a seedling in a long drought and a hungry calf waiting to be fed. This year in the workplace, I have learned many things that cannot be learned in school, but I cannot be satisfied with just one small achievement and stop moving forward.
What should we do as young workers to better and more steadily advance in our career? I think we should at least focus on the following aspects:
1. To have outstanding learning ability and possess' empty cup thinking '. Study hard and make progress every day. "For each and every one of us, learning has become the most crucial point in our lives. In today's rapidly developing society, the competition in the workplace is fierce, and excellent talents abound. Once we stop learning, we will always fall behind others. Supplementing knowledge and recharging ourselves is something that each of us must do. The so-called 'empty cup thinking' means that only by pouring out half of the water in the cup and emptying it, can we fill more water. In fact, learning is also like this?
2. Be a diligent and resilient employee. Spiders cannot fly when they can tie their webs in the air. It is a diligent, sensitive, silent, and resilient insect, with intricate and orderly netting and a Bagua shaped opening, as if it has received divine assistance. Such achievements make us think of those silent people and some hidden wise people, so we remember that spiders cannot fly, but they still tie their webs in the air. Miracles are created by persistent individuals.
3. We need to have strong cohesion. An excellent company must have a harmonious team, and in order to build a harmonious team, it must have a cohesive workforce. If we can become employees full of teamwork spirit, then we will easily integrate into a collective and become excellent employees.
4. We must strictly demand our execution ability, have strong combat effectiveness, and have the courage to do things well.
5. Must possess positive action qualities. Heartbeat is not as good as action. When we have a goal, we should take action immediately, only then can we achieve victory in the first place.
6. To be a creative employee.
7. Be a thoughtful employee. Thought power is the source of wisdom, the key to innovation in work, and the guiding light for our success. The ideological power in work is our competitiveness. As young employees, we should always enrich our minds and possess * ideological power, only in this way can we innovate in our work.
8. Be an employee who knows how to be grateful. We should have a grateful heart towards our work. The position has shown us vast development space, the work has provided us with a platform to display our talents, and the leaders have nurtured and appreciated us. We should be grateful for all of this. When we work with a grateful attitude, we can fulfill our responsibilities seriously and fulfill our duties. Only then can we work better and truly achieve the state of 'happy work, happy work'.
Part Two:
Corporate culture, simply put, the spirit of the enterprise, is the soul of a company's continuous exploration, innovation, development, and progress. It is the common belief, values, and code of conduct of all members of the enterprise. Externally, it includes various cultural education, technical training, entertainment and social activities of the enterprise. Since Manager Liu joined the Fifth Company, there has been a greater emphasis on building corporate culture. In less than half a year, our branch has held speech competitions, table tennis competitions, knowledge competitions, job responsibility exams, and today's youth employee symposium. As a result, we have formed a management environment that closely integrates management systems with corporate culture. In this way, we will feel the care and warmth of the enterprise.
However, this management environment also has two major functions: it has a huge motivating effect on employees whose personal values are the same as those of the enterprise; It has a significant assimilation effect on employees whose personal values differ from those of the company. This maximizes the stimulation and mobilization of employees' enthusiasm and creativity, boosts our morale, and cultivates our skills; Enhanced the cohesion, combat effectiveness, and creativity of our young employees.
