1. Measurement process
Electrode placement: Immerse the electrode tip into the sample water to a depth not exceeding the marked red line to avoid damage caused by water ingress due to full immersion.
Data reading: Wait for the data to stabilize and record the dissolved ozone concentration value.
Avoid interference: Maintain electrode stability during the measurement process and avoid vibration or water flow impact; Stay away from strong magnetic fields or corrosive gas environments.
2. Mode selection
Automatic synchronization mode:
Mode 1: Repeatability ± 5% FS, temperature accuracy ± 0.5 ℃, suitable for high-precision requirements.
Mode 2: Repeatability ± 10% FS, temperature accuracy ± 1.0 ℃, suitable for rapid measurement.
Switching method: Select the mode through the instrument menu or buttons, refer to the instruction manual for specific operation.
3. Data recording and output
Built in storage: The instrument can store a set of measurement results (concentration, temperature, time) for subsequent retrieval.
External output: Supports connecting to a computer via RS-232 interface or printing data through an optional external printer.
Data export: Use specialized software to transfer data to a computer, generate reports or analyze charts.
Maintenance of portable dissolved oxygen ozone meter after use:
1. Cleaning and maintenance
Electrode cleaning: After the measurement is completed, rinse the electrode head with clean water to avoid residual sample corrosion of the electrode; If the electrode tip is contaminated, it can be lightly polished with cathode sandpaper.
Maintenance of bead grinding kit: Regularly check if the bead grinding kit is worn and replace it if necessary to maintain measurement stability.
Instrument cleaning: Wipe the instrument casing with a clean soft cloth, avoiding the use of alcohol or corrosive cleaning agents.
2. Storage conditions
Environmental requirements: Store in a dry, ventilated room, away from direct sunlight or high temperature and humidity environment.
Battery handling: When not in use for a long time, remove the battery to prevent leakage and damage to the instrument; If using an AC adapter, the power must be disconnected.
Dustproof and shockproof: Place the instrument in a dedicated plastic box to avoid collision or compression.
3. Fault handling
Data abnormality: If the measured value fluctuates greatly or displays an error code, check whether the electrode is contaminated, whether the calibration has failed, or whether the sample conditions meet the requirements.
Unable to power on: Check battery level or power connection, replace battery or charge if necessary.
Damage caused by water ingress: If the electrode or instrument is damaged by water ingress, immediately turn off the power and contact after-sales maintenance. Do not disassemble it by yourself.
