1Precautions for instrument transportation:
1After long-term transportation by logistics, the instrument is unpacked and placed upright and left to standIt takes more than 2 hours to power on.
2For short distance transportation, place the instrument upright and horizontally inside the transport vehicle, and step on the universal wheel lock to secure the instrument and prevent it from sliding. After arriving at the destination, remove the instrument and let it stand20More than minutesagainPower on.
IIPrecautions for instrument placement:
1The instrument should be placed on a horizontal hard ground, and after being placed steadilyStep on the four universal wheel locks and secure the instrument.
2The placement position should be far away from areas with strong magnetic field interference, such as under high-voltage lines, near transformers and high-power motors.
3The placement position should have a reliable power supply with grounding wire, and the power supply should meet the technical requirements for instrument useAC220±15%.
4Surrounding the samplerwantGood ventilation, beneficial toHeat dissipation, there should be some space around the sampler:Leave at least the back20Cm space, leave at least 1 on the side0Cm space.
5The placement position should be away from heat sources and avoid direct sunlight (especially in hot summer weather), as the casing is made of metal material and direct sunlight can cause the internal temperature of the instrument to be too high, affecting its normal operation.
6When using the instrument on rainy days, please cover the instrument with the rainproof cloth provided or take corresponding rainproof measures. As the instrument is not a sealed waterproof device, water ingress into the main unit may cause a short circuit of the instrument.
IIIPrecautions for placing sampling tubes:
1Before placing the water collection pipe into the water source, check if the connection between the filter head and the pipe is tight (if loose, please tie it again with a zip tie). The distance between the float of the water pipe and the filter head should be maintained at0.3-1Meter (adjust float according to on-site water depth).
2When placing the end with a filter head into the water source, keep it away from the fine fence and slowly insert it (do not throw it directly). If it comes into contact with solid objects or other objects, please move the water pipe to avoid getting stuck or tangled by objects.
3The placement of the instrument should be as close to the water source as possible, with stable water flow. The sampling pipeline should be tilted downwards and not higher than the instrument inlet; After placing the water collection pipe into the water source, find a position to fix the water collection pipe, and then coil the excess water pipe into a circle and place it on the shore. Do not bend, fold or cut the excess water pipe short.
4Precautions for placing power cords:
1The power supply for the instrument can be placed under the pull rod and tightly attached to the instrument housing, and fixed to the pull rod with zip ties (as shown in Figure 1), or fixed in other positions (please do not place it in the red marked area of the instrument heat dissipation port as shown in Figure 2). Do not place the power supply directly on the ground. If there is water or rain on the ground, it may cause a short circuit.
Figure 1 Figure 2
2Using the self provided power cord extension socket, it can be fixed to the handle on the side of the instrument with a zip tie (do not hang it on the instrument heat dissipation port) or fixed on the other side of the pull rod at the position shown in the figure to prevent water short circuit.
5Precautions for Replacement and Installation of Peristaltic Pump Tube:
1Special Reminder:The pump tube should be placed in the slot, and then the opening handle should be pressed clockwise to the locking position (as shown in Figure 3). Failure to tighten the pump tube (as shown in Figure 4, the handle is not pressed in place) can result in inaccurate sampling or failure to collect water samples.

2Peristaltic pump tube lifespan display below10%,Recommend replacement(Water collection volume)If it is significantly less, the pump tube must be replaced).
Note: For installation steps, please refer to the instrument user manual2.2.1.
VIPrecautions for instrument pipeline cleaning and sample room wiping:
1 、 After the instrument sampling is completed, the pipeline should be cleaned with clean water before moving away from the site, and at least2 water samples, 4 per bottle00Ml (This operation can be done using the manual mode of the sampler).
Special Reminder:It is necessary to clean the pipeline on site in a timely manner. If it takes too long to clean, the water sample residue will stick to the pipe wall or liquid level detector, which will affect the accuracy of the next sampling.
2 The If water is spilled into the sample room, please use a clean dry towel (absorbent cloth) to absorb the water and wipe it clean. It is strictly prohibited to lift the sampler and pour water.
Note: For maintenance and upkeep, please refer to Part 4 of the instrument manual.
7Other precautions:
1When the external environment temperature is too low, the water sample in the sampling pipeline may freeze. Please do not carry out sampling work to avoid damage to the sampling instrument.
2After using the instrument, please do not put the power adapter or power cord into the sampler refrigerator to avoid moisture affecting its use.
3The instrument system parameters have been set before leaving the factory. Please do not modify them without authorization to avoid system disorder. If you have any questions, please contact the manufacturer in a timely manner.
4The site is very humid or contains corrosive gases. Please take anti-corrosion and moisture-proof measures, otherwise it will greatly reduce the service life of the instrument.
5Please do not disassemble the machine without authorization from the manufacturer, otherwise the warranty period will expire.
Special Reminder: The above precautions must be followed by the user. For any matters not covered, please carefully read the instrument's accompanying operation manual.
