  FPD DC isolation transmitterIt is an isolation and conversion device designed for DC signals. With core characteristics such as reliable electrical isolation, high transmission accuracy, and complete protection functions, it is widely used in fields such as DC power supply systems, new energy, and rail transit to achieve isolated transmission, level conversion, and interference suppression of DC voltage or current signals. It is a key equipment to ensure the safe and stable operation of measurement and control systems. ​
Reliable electrical isolation is its core advantage. The equipment adopts magnetic or optical isolation technology to achieve full electrical isolation between input, output, and power supply, effectively blocking common mode interference and ground current interference between the primary and secondary sides, and protecting the backend precision measurement and control equipment from high-voltage impact damage. In response to the stability requirements of DC signals, a built-in low drift amplifier circuit and temperature compensation module are used. In environments ranging from -20 ℃ to 70 ℃, the zero drift is ≤ 0.01% FS/℃ and the gain drift is ≤ 0.01% FS/℃, ensuring that the signal accuracy is not affected by temperature during isolated transmission. In the monitoring of new energy lithium battery packs, FPD DC isolation transmitters can isolate the high voltage of the battery pack from the low voltage of the monitoring system, convert the voltage of individual cells into 4-20mA signals, and transmit them to the BMS system to ensure the safety and accuracy of battery monitoring. ​

Multi type DC signal adaptation and precise transmission. The device supports DC voltage and DC current signal input, and can flexibly configure input and output specifications according to needs. The conversion accuracy reaches 0.1-0.2 levels, meeting the signal transmission requirements of different scenarios. Using linear optocouplers or magnetic isolation chips as core isolation components, the signal transmission delay is ≤ 10 μ s, which can quickly respond to dynamic changes in input signals and is suitable for scenarios that require real-time monitoring. In the DC motor speed control system, the FPD DC isolation transmitter can isolate and transmit the 0-10VDC control signal output by the speed controller to the motor driver, and isolate and feedback the motor operating current signal to the speed controller, achieving closed-loop control while avoiding signal interference. ​
Improve protection and usability design to lower application barriers. The equipment is equipped with input overvoltage protection and output short-circuit protection to prevent damage to the equipment and backend system caused by abnormal working conditions. There is no need for complex debugging in operation, and it can work normally when powered on. Some intelligent models are equipped with buttons and displays, supporting on-site calibration and parameter settings. In the DC traction system of rail transit, it is used to isolate and transmit traction voltage and current signals, ensuring accurate monitoring of train power supply status by the dispatch system; In the industrial DC power cabinet, multiple FPD DC isolation transmitters are centrally installed to achieve isolation monitoring and fault alarm of multiple DC outputs.
