According to customer requirements, Guoguo Instrument has customized a 16 probe hot and cold table for the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Probe hot and cold table is a product designed for testing the temperature dependent electrical properties of research samples, which can characterize the characteristics of the sample's electrical properties changing with temperature. This product uses liquid nitrogen refrigeration and resistance heating to achieve precise control within the range of -190 ℃~600 ℃ (-190 ℃~400 ℃ under vacuum). It can be integrated with electrical instruments (such as source meters, multimeters, etc.) for temperature change in-situ testing.
This device is used to test the electrical performance of sensors under low partial pressure gas with changes in high and low temperature environments.
The probe cold and hot table needs to be used in conjunction with a temperature controller and a refrigeration controller. The accompanying upper computer temperature control software facilitates temperature setting and data collection, and the provided Labview Vis facilitates customized programming for customers.
