According to customer needs,The fruit instrument is from Peking University Shenzhen Graduate SchoolThe external adjustment probe station has been delivered. The external adjustment probe station is a product designed for electrical testing of materials at different temperatures, which can characterize the characteristics of material heating and cooling stages and their electrical properties changing with temperature.
The external adjustment probe station adjusts the probes inside the cavity by performing displacement in the XYZ direction through the differential head structure of the external probe module, allowing for micrometer level movement. The moving module is designed outside the cavity and does not affect the internal environment. By using liquid nitrogen refrigeration and resistance heating, precise control within the range of -190~600 ℃ can be achieved. It can be integrated with electrical instruments (such as source meters, multimeters, etc.) for temperature change in-situ testing.
