According to customer requirements, Guoguo Instrument has customized a tensile testing machine with an ultra-high temperature hot bench for the Hefei Institute of Materials Science and Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, providing an experimental environment that meets the requirements of high-temperature annealing and tensile testing of samples under vacuum/argon gas environment. Experimental process: Using a fruit instrument infrared heating furnace, samples of refractory metals such as tungsten molybdenum alloy, copper alloy, and iron alloy are heated to 1000 ℃ for annealing treatment. Then, a universal testing machine is used for tensile testing to test the tensile properties of the samples at 100-500 ℃, with a tensile strength of up to 5000N. The entire experimental process is temperature controlled and precise.

1. Customized special material fixtures are compatible with the Instron universal testing machine to meet the high-strength tensile performance of 5000N at high temperatures.
