The Fruit Instrument XRD Cold and Hot Stage is an in-situ device designed specifically for X-ray diffraction analyzers, which accurately controls the real-time response of materials under variable temperature conditions. It can be precisely adapted to mainstream XRD equipment such as Bruker, Thermo Fisher, Rigaku, and Shimadzu.
Recently, Guoguo Instrument delivered an XRD ultra-high temperature hot stage (compatible with Bruker D8 series) to Shanghai Advanced Research Institute, and successfully tested the dynamic phase transition process of commercial 68% Pt/C materials in the full temperature range on site!
