The principle is to rotate the handwheel of the adjustment mechanism (the position change on the dial can be seen), which undergoes axial transformation through the adjustable shaft and sliding shaft. This motion is converted into radial displacement of the eccentric wheel through the inclined groove on the sliding shaft, and the piston is pushed by the connecting rod. Due to the change in piston stroke, the purpose of flow regulation is achieved. How to adjust the flow rate and maintenance of diaphragm pumps: The maintenance of diaphragm pumps is different from other forms of pumps, and the key points are as follows:
1. When inspecting the pump valve, attention should be paid to whether the sealing ring is aging or deformed, whether the spring elasticity is severely reduced, whether there are defects such as wear and corrosion on the valve port and valve core, and whether the valve end face is flat with the flange face of the pump body during installation and cannot be recessed;
2. When replacing the diaphragm, the pump head should be lifted in advance to prevent falling and damage;
3. When disassembling and adjusting the mechanism, the stroke length position (stroke length is 5mm) should be calibrated. Remove the scale holder, slide the scale ring into the calibration position, and the measured stroke length should be consistent with the scale *;
4. When disassembling the piston, use a pointed tool to remove the packing ring from its groove, and be careful not to damage the ring groove;
5. The worm gear should be inspected, and its teeth should be intact without cracks or broken teeth. The meshing contact should be checked during installation.
