What are the maintenance methods for moisture analyzers
Date: 2025-06-04Read: 5
The maintenance of moisture analyzer is the key to ensuring its detection accuracy and extending its service life. The following is a comprehensive maintenance guide that combines operational standards and maintenance experience:
1、 Environmental control and installation requirements
1. Environmental parameters:
-The temperature should be maintained between 5 ℃ and 40 ℃, and the humidity should be adjusted according to the ambient temperature.
-Avoid environments with direct sunlight, strong electromagnetic fields, and poor ventilation.
2. Installation specifications:
-The instrument needs to be placed horizontally, adjusting the horizontal angle until the bubble is in the center position.
-Keep away from vibration sources or corrosive gases, and ensure good grounding of the power supply.
2、 Key points for daily operation and maintenance
1. Preparation before operation:
-Preheat for at least 20 minutes to bring the instrument into a stable state.
-Check if the power supply voltage matches the equipment requirements and avoid using damaged power cords.
2. Operating standards:
-Handle the sample tray gently to avoid heavy pressure or impact on the weighing system.
-It is recommended to control the sample size within the range of 5-10g to ensure the repeatability of the test.
-After the test is completed, it is necessary to wait for the heating cylinder to cool down before cleaning to avoid burns or data loss.
3. Cleaning and protection:
-Regularly clean the titration cup and electrode, which can be soaked in chromic acid solution for 5 minutes.
-Wear dust masks and cotton gloves during operation to avoid direct contact with heating components.
3、 Periodic maintenance plan
1. Daily maintenance:
-Clean the sample tray and pallet, and check if the cover is tight before turning off the power.
2. Monthly maintenance:
-Activate the molecular sieve.
-Check the calibration status of the instrument and perform automatic calibration if necessary.
3. Quarterly maintenance:
-Disassemble and clean the burette, sonicate the three-way component, and replace aging parts.
4. Annual maintenance:
-Contact the manufacturer for comprehensive verification to ensure the performance of the sensor and heating system.
4、 Long term storage and transportation precautions
1. Storage requirements:
-When not in use for a long time, power off and store the instrument in a dry and dust-free environment.
-Molecular sieves should be used immediately after activation to avoid moisture absorption failure.
2. Transportation specifications:
-Transfer equipment requires the use of specialized tools, handle with care, and avoid collisions that may cause sensor displacement.
5、 Safety operation standards
1. Operation taboos:
-Do not test directly without preheating or standby mode to avoid entering the "Observe" mode to prevent accidental triggering of danger keys.
-Disable operating the touch screen with sharp objects, and lightly press the buttons with your fingers.
2. Emergency response:
-If the instrument produces abnormal noise or odor, immediately turn off the power and contact maintenance personnel.
Through the above comprehensive maintenance measures, the stability and detection accuracy of the moisture analyzer can be significantly improved, while reducing the failure rate. In practical operation, it is necessary to dynamically adjust the maintenance plan according to the type and frequency of use of the instrument, and refer to the manufacturer's instructions to refine the maintenance process.
