Usage:
Preparation before:
Check equipment: Confirm that all components of the microscope are intact, and that the eyepiece and objective lens are clean. Wipe with lens paper, stubborn stains can be treated with anhydrous ethanol.
Placement environment: Place the microscope on a stable desktop, adjust the base level, and avoid shaking.
Power connection: Ensure that the power supply voltage is consistent with the rated voltage of the microscope and the plug is secure.
Sample placement:
Fixed sample: Place the sample steadily on the stage and secure it with the stage clamp. The sample size should be suitable for the range of the loading platform.
Adjust height: Adjust the height of the stage according to the thickness of the sample to avoid collision with the objective lens.
Observation operation:
Adjust the light source: Turn on the power and adjust the brightness to the appropriate level. The brightness of transparent samples can be slightly higher, while that of opaque samples can be appropriately reduced.
Adjust pupillary distance: Keep both eyes close to the eyepiece and adjust the pupillary distance to align the left and right fields of view.
Zoom observation: Starting from low magnification, slowly rotate the zoom handwheel to change the magnification, while adjusting the focusing handwheel to make the image clear.
Focusing and zoom
Precise focusing: Use the coarse focusing handwheel at low magnification to make the sample roughly clear, and then use the fine focusing handwheel to fine tune until the image is sharp.
Smooth zoom: Slowly turn the zoom knob to avoid image jumping caused by rapid zoom.
