Summary of the working principle of dispersion homogenizer
Date: 2025-06-09Read: 1
Dispersion homogenizerLow noise operation, wide applicability, suitable for fields such as medicine, food, daily chemical, chemical, materials, etc. 1. Brushless DC motor
Brushless DC motor, no carbon powder generated, avoiding sample contamination;
No electric spark, safe to use, low noise, maintenance free;
PID speed constant system: viscosity changes, internal compensation stabilizes motor speed;
Built in safety circuit, automatic protection against overload and overheating, worry free continuous operation.
2. LED digital display
LED digital display, capable of simultaneously displaying set speed, real-time speed, and running time;
Touch screen operation, timed running, program settings.
3. Use any host with any blade
Quick replacement system: All components, rotors, and stators can be easily replaced by gently releasing them.
Working Principle:
Shear action:
The precise fit between the rotor and stator creates strong shear forces within narrow gaps, tearing apart material particles or droplets.
Impact and cavitation effects:
High pressure homogenizer: The material passes through a homogenization valve under ultra-high pressure (usually>2000 bar), causing cavitation and explosion due to sudden pressure changes, resulting in the fragmentation and agglomeration of particles.
Jet homogenizer: Utilizing high-speed jet collision to achieve nanoscale dispersion.
Centrifugation and Turbulence:
The material forms three-dimensional turbulence under the centrifugal force of the rotor, enhancing the uniformity of mixing.
