With the continuous strengthening of the requirements for the authenticity and reliability of pollution source emission monitoring data, there is a growing demand for the integration of on-site monitoring data from portable flue gas analyzers with regulatory platforms (third-party platforms). In applications such as special energy efficiency testing, the establishment of industry applications and operational processes for "online detection of boiler energy efficiency and emissions based on the Internet of Things" is gradually being promoted. In many industrial emissions or process applications, users have requested remote control of on-site flue gas analyzers to achieve remote control and real-time data utilization.
Recently, Detu has launched a Modbus adapter for intelligent applications in conjunction with the testo 350 flue gas analyzer, meeting the data collection and intelligent control needs of users in various industries. Modbus is a widely applicable serial communication protocol that is simple, robust, and very suitable for environments with electrical noise and other industrial environments.

The connection between Modbus adapter and testo 350 is also very simple. The plug end can be directly connected to the external thermocouple interface of the testo 350 analysis box. The wiring end outputs RS-485 signal, which is connected to the gateway used by the user platform through the signal line. Finally, the control program can be updated according to the instructions.
1. The adapter can interface with the corresponding RS485 TCP Gateway gateway, as shown in the following figure:

2. The adapter can interface with the corresponding RS485 4G wireless communication module for data, as shown in the following figure:

After the system is built, users can perform the following operations using Modbus protocol commands through the platform:
1. Select the application type
2. Select measurement type
3. Start zeroing
4. Leakage detection
5. Start measuring
6. Read the required measurement results
7. Stop measuring
8. Start gas path cleaning
9. Turn off the device
