The correct usage method of upright fluorescence microscope
Date: 2025-10-11Read: 0
Upright fluorescence microscopeThe electric LED light source fluorescent accessory LF100 is a high-performance research equipment designed specifically for the fields of cell biology and biomedical applications. It is equipped with a good optical system and high brightness LED light source, providing excellent imaging quality and precise cell observation. The user-friendly interface and powerful image analysis software make experimental data processing more efficient. LF100 supports multiple fluorescence labeling experiments and is widely used in basic research, drug screening, and clinical diagnosis. Choosing LF100 can help you gain deeper insights in life science research and drive scientific progress.
The correct usage method of upright fluorescence microscope:
Power on and optical path settings:
Power on sequence: controller → microscope host → fluorescent light source (such as mercury lamp) → computer and software.
During bright field observation, it is necessary to confirm that the light path switching lever has not been pulled out and adjust the field of view aperture to the appropriate brightness; Fluorescence observation requires turning off the bright field light source and inserting a light blocking plate to avoid interference from stray light.
Select a fluorescence excitation block (such as UV excited blue fluorescence, Blue excited green fluorescence), open the fluorescence shutter, and fine tune the focus through a fine focus screw.
Sample manipulation and imaging:
The glass slide should be placed face up, with the label facing right. The target should be initially positioned under a low magnification objective (such as 4X), and then switched to a high magnification objective (such as 40X/100X) for observation.
When shooting, it is necessary to calibrate the ruler (corresponding to the objective lens magnification), adjust the exposure time (it is recommended to automatically expose first and then manually adjust), save it in TIFF format, and label the date, sample name, and magnification.
