Operation guide for tri color inverted fluorescence microscope
Date: 2025-12-15Read: 0
Trichrome inverted fluorescence microscopeEspecially suitable for research fields such as life sciences, biomedicine, and materials science. The design concept of this microscope is to meet the demands of modern scientific research for high precision, efficiency, and ease of operation, enabling researchers to better observe samples and analyze data. Various operations of the microscope, such as focusing, moving the sample stage, and adjusting the light source, can be achieved through electric control. This design not only improves the accuracy of operation, but also greatly reduces experimental fatigue during long-term observation. Researchers can easily conduct multiple observations and data collection without having to manually adjust equipment frequently, making the experimental process smoother.
Operation guide for tri color inverted fluorescence microscope:
Operation steps:
Power on preparation:
Connect the power, turn on the main switch of the microscope, and preheat the fluorescent light source (such as the mercury lamp, which needs to be preheated for 15-20 minutes).
Place the sample (such as a cell culture dish) in the center of the stage and secure it with a compression clamp.
Optical path adjustment:
First, use a bright field light source (white light) to roughly focus and find a clear image of the sample.
Switch to fluorescence mode and select the filter based on the dye.
Adjust the height and aperture of the spotlight: when using a low magnification lens, the position of the spotlight is lower and the aperture is increased; When using a high-power lens, it is necessary to raise the spotlight and reduce the aperture to enhance contrast.
Observation and recording:
Fine tune the fine focus spiral through the eyepiece to make the image clear and avoid excessive light damaging the sample.
To take photos, connect the imaging system and adjust the exposure time.
Shutdown process:
Turn off the fluorescent light source and wait for the light source to cool down (such as the mercury lamp needs to cool down for more than 20 minutes) before turning off the main power.
Clean the stage and lens, and organize the experimental platform.
