TREK156 Electrostatic Analyzer: Multi dimensional Guarantee System Behind "High Precision"
Date: 2025-11-12Read: 0
TREK156 Electrostatic AnalyzerAs a device in the field of electrostatic measurement, it is widely used in semiconductor manufacturing, aerospace, electronic components and other scenarios that require strict electrostatic control. Its ± 0.1% measurement accuracy is not the result of a single technology stack, but a full chain guarantee system built on "sensor core optimization, signal processing upgrade, environment adaptation, calibration traceability closed-loop" to ensure continuous output of reliable data under complex working conditions.
High sensitivity sensing units are the core cornerstone of high precision. The instrument is equipped with a customized field-effect transistor (FET) sensing chip and a gate structure processed by ion beam etching technology, which can accurately capture weak electrostatic field signals with a minimum detectable electrostatic voltage as low as 1V. The sensing chip package adopts an electromagnetic shielding design, with the outer layer wrapped in a double-layer perovskite shielding cover and the inner layer coated with a conductive graphite coating, which can effectively shield external electromagnetic field interference and control the influence of environmental electromagnetic noise on measurement results within ± 0.05%. At the same time, the sensing unit is equipped with a temperature compensation module, which monitors the chip temperature in real time through a platinum resistor, dynamically corrects the errors caused by temperature drift, and ensures stable accuracy within the range of -10 ℃ to 50 ℃.
The digital upgrade of signal processing systems has strengthened precision control. The instrument abandons traditional analog signal processing methods and adopts a 24 bit high-precision ADC (analog-to-digital converter) to convert the analog signal output by the sensing unit into a digital signal. The sampling rate is increased to 1000Hz to avoid attenuation and distortion during the transmission of analog signals. The core processor is equipped with an adaptive filtering algorithm, which can intelligently identify and filter out noise signals such as power frequency interference and mechanical vibration. At the same time, it extracts effective components that match the frequency of electrostatic signals through digital phase-locked loop technology, improving the signal-to-noise ratio by more than 30%. For weak signals, the system adopts the signal superposition averaging technique, which further reduces random errors through weighted averaging of multiple sampled data.

Structural design and environmental adaptation technology provide precision assurance. The measuring probe adopts a streamlined structure to reduce the interference of airflow on the distribution of electrostatic fields. The polytetrafluoroethylene insulation cover at the front end of the probe is precision polished, and the surface resistance is stable at the level of 10 ¹² Ω, avoiding the influence of self charging on the measurement. The instrument host is equipped with a built-in air pressure sensor. When the ambient air pressure deviates from the standard atmospheric pressure (101.325kPa) ± 5kPa, the air pressure compensation program is automatically activated to correct the measurement deviation caused by changes in the air dielectric constant. In addition, the connection cable between the probe and the host adopts shielded twisted pair, and the joint is gold-plated to reduce contact resistance and signal transmission loss.
Calibration traceability and quality control system are long-term guarantees for accuracy. TREK156 requires three-level calibration before leaving the factory: the primary uses a standard electrostatic generator to generate an electrostatic field of known voltage, and the calibration instrument has basic measurement accuracy; Intermediate level electrostatic meters certified by the National Institute of Metrology are used for comparison to ensure that errors comply with metrological specifications; Advanced stability calibration in high and low temperature, high and low pressure environments, recording and compensating for system deviations under harsh operating conditions. During user use, the instrument has an automatic calibration reminder function, and a matching standard calibration module needs to be used for retesting every 12 months. Calibration data can be uploaded to the instrument storage system in real time, forming a complete traceability chain.
TREK156 Electrostatic AnalyzerThe high-precision guarantee is a comprehensive control from core components to system integration, from production calibration to daily operation and maintenance. This design concept of "hardware foundation, software efficiency improvement, and calibration backup" has broken through the accuracy bottleneck of traditional electrostatic measuring instruments and provided reliable technical support for electrostatic protection and quality control in various industries.
