On November 20, 2025,Guangzhou Huangpu District Cell Therapy Technology AssociationThe establishment conference of the Association and the Greater Bay Area Cell Industry Seminar were held in Guangzhou Development Zone——Jiete Biotechnology Huangpu Industrial ParkSuccessfully held. The main leaders of Huangpu District People's Congress, District Political Consultative Conference, Civil Affairs Bureau, Health Bureau, Bio Island Management Committee, Development and Reform Bureau, Science and Technology Association, Industry Office, etc. attended and witnessed this important moment together with nearly 200 enterprise representatives and industry experts.

Cell therapy technology is a typical representative of new quality productivity, and the overall cell industry in Huangpu District is in the first tier of the country. The number of enterprises, R&D pipelines, and talent aggregation have significant competitiveness. In the future, it is expected to cultivate independent strategic emerging industry categories, which will help the region achieve a new round of economic growth in industries worth billions of yuan. But breakthroughs are urgently needed in the innovation process and the transformation of achievements.

The establishment of the Huangpu District Cell Therapy Technology Association aims to consolidate industrial strength, promote technological innovation, facilitate collaborative development, and accelerate compliance and application.

The conference first elected the members of the first council of the association, with Chen Qiaolin, Chairman of Zhongke Cell Technology (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd., serving as the president,Yuan Jianhua, Chairman of Guangzhou Jiete Biological Filtration Co., Ltd., serves as Executive Vice ChairmanDr. Zhai Liutao from Guangzhou Dabo Biological Products Co., Ltd., General Manager Zhang Xu from Ruiyin Cell Engineering Technology (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd., Executive General Manager Shi Xian from Guangzhou Zhunyou Biotechnology Co., Ltd., and General Manager Chen Ling from Zhongke Health Management Technology (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. will serve as Vice Presidents. 11 director units, including Xiangxue Life Science and Technology (Guangdong) Co., Ltd., and the secretary-general unit of Guangzhou Development Zone Biomedical and Health Industry Promotion Association, mark the official establishment of Guangzhou Huangpu District Cell Therapy Technology Association.

In their speech, the leaders of the supervisory unit expressed their expectation that the association, after its establishment, will closely focus on the work of the district committee and government center, fully leverage its platform role, and make positive contributions to creating an innovative highland for the cell therapy industry and supporting the high-quality development of Huangpu's economy.

Subsequently, in the presence of all members and colleagues of the association, the attending leaders and guests unveiled the plaque for the association and solemnly awarded the plaque to the first leadership team.

In his speech, the newly appointed president Chen Qiaolin first expressed gratitude to the member units of the association and the leaders at all levels of the government for their support. During the expert report session, the leaders of the district health bureau provided a detailed interpretation of the clinical transformation policies of the cell therapy related industry in our district. Professor Huang Wenlin, Chairman of Guangzhou Dabo Biological Products Co., Ltd., Professor Zhang Jin, responsible for the "Stem Cell and Traditional Chinese Medicine Regenerative Medicine" team at Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, and Dr. Zhang Zhiyong, Chief Scientist of Zhongke Ruiji Company, respectively gave wonderful reports on "Frontier Advances in Cell Therapy", "Integration of Stem Cell and Traditional Chinese Medicine Theory", and "Clinical Transformation of Stem Cell/Exosome Biological Intelligent Manufacturing Platform".
