Fuel cell testing device systemIt is a key equipment used to evaluate the performance, efficiency, and durability of fuel cells, and plays an important role in the research and industrialization of fuel cell technology.
Fuel cell testing device systemSystem composition:
Gas regulation module:
Gas inlet: Connect the testing equipment to the laboratory gas supply pipeline to ensure stable gas supply.
Mass flow controller: Accurately control gas flow to meet different testing requirements.
Humidification system: controls the humidity of the airflow. For certain types of fuel cells, such as proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFCs), appropriate humidity can maintain the conductivity of the electrolyte membrane.
Gas heating system: controls the temperature of the airflow to provide a suitable working environment for fuel cells.
Back pressure regulator: controls the pressure of the battery/stack during operation to ensure stable testing conditions.
Gas water separator: Separate liquid water to avoid affecting test results.
Liquid cooling system (if applicable): Use a heat exchanger to exchange heat with laboratory cooling water, control the temperature of the battery/stack, and prevent damage to the fuel cell due to overheating.
Electronic load module:
Single load or potentiostat with EIS: Connect electricity to battery/stack terminals, provide characterization techniques, simulate different electricity demands in practical applications, such as constant power, dynamic changes, etc., and test the response characteristics of fuel cells.
Multiple load variation options: The ability to customize load variations makes fuel cell testing closer to practical applications.
Data acquisition module: Built in high-speed data logger, capable of synchronously collecting data from multiple sensors, including temperature, pressure, humidity, voltage, current, etc., providing comprehensive data for subsequent analysis.
Experimental process control and measurement module: The accompanying analysis software can process a large amount of experimental data, draw polarization curves, power time curves and other charts, helping researchers to deeply understand the behavior of fuel cells and achieve precise control over the entire testing process.
Security protection module:
Leak detection: Install a hydrogen leak alarm to immediately trigger an alarm and take emergency measures once an abnormality is detected, ensuring the safety of the experiment.
Overpressure protection: Install safety valves and pressure relief devices to prevent excessive pressure caused by operational errors or other reasons.
Emergency cut-off: Equipped with a quick cut-off valve to quickly cut off fuel supply in emergency situations, ensuring the safety of experimental personnel and equipment.
