Yichuan County promptly dealt with a naphtha leak incident
Release time: June 26, 2019 01:52 Source: Office of Yichuan County People's Government 【 Font: Large, Medium, Small 】 Print and save
At 5:36 am on June 25, 2019, a naphtha tanker truck accidentally collided with a lighting station in the Hukou service area of Qinglan Expressway (Yichuan section), causing the pipeline and connection under the tank to tear, resulting in naphtha leakage and some flowing into Shiwang River.
After the incident, the Yichuan County Party Committee and County Government attached great importance to it, immediately activated the emergency plan, established an emergency response leadership group, and organized personnel to carry out disposal work. Mobilize sprinkler trucks to spray and atomize the site, transport sand to cover the leaked naphtha, dig anti-seepage pits and build dams in the Shiwang River section, transport emergency supplies such as oil absorbing felt, oil absorbing cotton, activated carbon to degrade and adsorb pollutants, and arrange personnel to monitor the water quality of the Shiwang River 24 hours a day.
Naphtha is one of the petroleum products, also known as chemical light oil. It is a light oil produced by processing crude oil or other raw materials for chemical raw materials, mainly used for reforming and chemical raw materials. Due to different purposes, there are various distillation ranges, and China stipulates that the distillation range is from the initial boiling point to around 220 ℃. When used as a reforming raw material for the production of aromatic hydrocarbons, a 70 ℃~145 ℃ fraction is used, which is called light naphtha; When producing high octane gasoline, use 70 ℃~180 ℃ distillate and weigh naphtha; When used as a solvent, it is called solvent naphtha; Aromatic solvents from coal tar are also weighed as naphtha or solvent naphtha.
Emergency oil analyzer
Turner, USATD-500DPortable water oil analyzer is a UV fluorescence oil analyzer that uses n-hexane as an extractant, which can quickly, accurately, and reliably measure petroleum in water(Crude oil, diesel, fuel oil, lubricating oil, condensate oil and refined hydrocarbons, light mixed oil)The range is0.005~1000mg/L,Accuracy and repeatability≤±2%It can be used for both emergency monitoring of oil spills in the field and routine water sample analysis in the laboratory.
1Introduction to the instrument:
Turner, USATD-500DPortable water oil analyzer is a UV fluorescence oil analyzer that uses n-hexane as an extractant. It can quickly, accurately, and reliably measure petroleum products (crude oil, condensate oil, diesel, lubricating oil, fuel oil, engine oil, and other refined hydrocarbons) in water, with a range of0.005~1000mg/L,Accuracy and repeatability≤±2%.
TD-500DThe advantages of small size, high accuracy, easy operation, and safe extraction agent make it suitable for both emergency monitoring of oil spills in the field and routine water sample analysis in the laboratory. Widely used in petroleum and petrochemical industries (oil fields, offshore oil platformsFPSOIn the fields of oil refineries, petrochemical plants, steel, as well as environmental protection and monitoring, hydrology and water conservancy, oil and ocean bureaus, maritime bureaus, boiler special inspections, etc.
