Rapid temperature change test chamberIt is the use of temperature acceleration techniques (alternating expansion and contraction of the product when cycling within the upper and lower temperature limits) to change the external environmental stress of the product within the design strength limit, causing thermal stress and strain in the product. By accelerating the stress, potential defects in the product (potential part material defects, process defects, process defects) are exposed to avoid unnecessary losses caused by environmental stress testing during use.
Product Features:
1. The measuring device used, the controller adopts a large color LCD human-machine touch dialogue LCD human-machine interface controller, which is easy to operate, easy to learn, stable and reliable, and displays the complete system operation status, execution and program setting curves in both Chinese and English;
2. There is a test hole with a diameter of 50mm on the left side of the box, which can be used to test components for external power load wiring. It can independently set three different conditions of high temperature, low temperature, and cold and hot shock, and can choose two slot or three slot and cold and hot shock functions when performing cold and hot shock conditions, with the function of a high and low temperature testing machine;
3. Equipped with fully automatic, high-precision system circuits, any component action, P.L.C locking processing, all using P.I.D automatic calculation control, high temperature control accuracy, air circulation design, making indoor temperature uniform and avoiding any dead corners.
Preparation before operation:
Equipment inspection:
Confirm that the power cord is not damaged, the water level in the water tank is normal, and the wet bulb sensor is suspended with a damp cloth;
Clean the inner cavity and remove any residue to ensure unobstructed airflow;
Calibrate the set value for over temperature protection (usually 10 ℃ to 15 ℃ higher than the test temperature).
Sample processing:
Clean and dry the test samples for pre-treatment;
Flammable, explosive or highly corrosive substances are prohibited from testing.
Parameter setting:
Clearly define testing standards (such as number of cycles, temperature range).
