Temperature and humidity test

The reference standards include GB/T2423.1-2001 and GB/T2423.22-1987.

high temperature test

Place the sample in a constant temperature and humidity chamber, set the temperature to 40 ℃, and work for 2 hours. During and after the test, the appearance, function, and electrical performance of the sample should meet the standard requirements.

Low-temperature test

Place the sample in a constant temperature and humidity chamber, set the temperature to -10 ℃, and work for 2 hours. During and after the test, the appearance, function, and electrical performance of the sample should meet the standard requirements.

Constant Damp Heat Test

Place the sample in a constant temperature and humidity chamber, set the temperature to 40 ℃ and the humidity to 93% RH, and work for 2 hours. During and after the test, the appearance, function, and electrical performance of the sample should meet the standard requirements.

High temperature storage test

Place the sample in a constant temperature and humidity chamber, set the temperature to 550 ℃, and store for 16 hours. After the test, the appearance, function, and electrical performance of the sample should meet the standard requirements.

Low temperature storage test

Place the sample in a constant temperature and humidity chamber, set the temperature to -40 ℃, and store for 16 hours. After the test, the appearance, function, and electrical performance of the sample should meet the standard requirements.

Constant Damp Heat Storage Test

Place the sample in a constant temperature and humidity chamber, set the temperature to 55 ℃ and the humidity to 93% RH, and store for 16 hours. After the test, the appearance, function, and electrical performance of the sample should meet the standard requirements.

High and Low Temperature Test

After powering on the sample, place it in a constant temperature and humidity chamber. First, adjust the temperature to -10 ± 2 ℃ and work with a load for 3 hours. Then, raise the temperature of the test chamber to 40 ± 2 ℃ and work with a load for 3 hours. Cycle 4 times and check every hour during the test. During and after the experiment, the appearance, function, and electrical performance of the sample should meet the standard requirements.

HALTexperiment

According to the HALT operating specifications, power on the sample to enable normal operation, place it in a constant temperature and humidity chamber, set the temperature of the test chamber to 20 ℃, and then increase or decrease the temperature by 10 ℃ per step until the upper limit of the working temperature and upper limit of the failure temperature for the product temperature hot step stress test, and the lower limit of the working temperature and lower limit of the failure temperature for the temperature cold step stress test are determined.

Conduct a rapid temperature change test on the sample based on the obtained limit temperature. Power on the sample to enable it to work normally, place it in the fast temperature change test chamber, set the temperature in the fast temperature change test chamber (high and low temperatures are set as the working limit temperature obtained from the temperature step stress test), and set the program to change the temperature inside the test chamber between high and low temperatures respectively; The rate of cooling and heating should be greater than 40 ℃/min, and at each temperature, stay for 20 minutes. After 6 cycles of testing, the product can function normally and meet the requirements.
