In April 2022,Successfully completed the teaching of the rain test chamber for Dongguan customers.

The rain test chamber is suitable for assessing whether electrical products, casings, and seals can ensure good performance of equipment and components in a rainy environment. This product adopts scientific design, which enables the device to simulate various environments such as dripping, pouring, splashing, and spraying water realistically. By adopting a comprehensive control system and frequency conversion technology, the rotation angle of the rainfall test rack, the swing angle of the water spray swing rod, and the swing frequency of the water spray volume can all be automatically adjusted.

Technical Specifications:

1. Waterproof test box dimensions: length 1000mm x width 1000mm x height 1000mm

2. The high-pressure spray pipe is installed on the left side, welded with stainless steel and connected to the box. A bracket is installed at the front and rear of the spray pipe, and the height of the bracket can be adjusted.

3. Spray system: composed of water pump, water pressure gauge, and fixed nozzle bracket

4. Install 2 nozzles on top, including 1 IP6 nozzle and 1 IP5 nozzle.

5. Pipe diameter: Six point laminated PVC pipe

12. Water circulation system to ensure the recycling of water sources
