Shoe manufacturing:
Verification of folding resistance of safety shoe uppers (EN 344 standard);

Comparison of dynamic durability of synthetic leather (such as car seat materials);
Cold resistance evaluation of rubber under low temperature environment (bending at -30 ℃).

Testing process:
Preprocessing: positioning of test piece incisions (such as cutting stress lines on shoe soles);
Sample installation: Adjust the fixture spacing to 57-75mm to ensure that the sample is horizontally tightened;
Execution: Set bending angle/number → Start → Automatically record crack propagation length.
Maintenance standards:
Clean the residual debris (soft bristle brush) of the fixture every week to avoid affecting the clamping accuracy;
Verify the transmission motor and counter every six months, and if the deviation is greater than 5%, calibration is required.
