1、 Installation of samples for leather scratch resistance testing machine

1. Open the upper and lower fixtures so that the space inside the fixture is at least twice the thickness of the specimen

2. Fold the test face of the specimen inward, aligning the two long edges together, clamp the folded specimen tightly with the folded edge against the lower edge of the upper fixture, and one end against the elastic pin of the upper fixture

3. Wrap the two corners of the sample that are not clamped outwards and downwards around the fixture, so that the two surfaces of the sample are in contact. Fix the free end of the sample in the lower fixture and extend it vertically. The force used should not exceed the force required to tighten the leather exactly.
