How to operate the zipper reciprocating pull testing machine and maintenance matters

1、 Operation steps of zipper reciprocating pull testing machine:

1. After power on, activate the "Test" button to position the locking device at the bottom of the groove (for easy clamping of the sample).

2. (Turn off the power), fix the zipper zipper on the zipper clamping device.

3. First, roughly fix the tail end (bottom stop end) of the zipper in the upper clamp (at this time, the center line of the clamp is perpendicular to the center of the zipper).

4. Fix the front end (upper stop end) of the zipper onto the two longitudinal clamps.

5. Loosen the upper clamp slightly, pull up the end of the zipper to make the rotating plate horizontal, and then clamp the upper clamp (at this point, visually inspect that the two longitudinal clamps are on the same horizontal line).

6. Adjust the upper and lower nuts of the spring scale according to the zipper model and apply an appropriate longitudinal load to the zipper tape.

7. Loosen the two horizontal clamps and clamp the tape on both sides of the zipper into the two clamps (visually inspect that the two horizontal clamps are parallel to the zipper and on the same horizontal line). There should be a gap of 5.0mm between the clamps and the two sides of the chain teeth.

8. Adjust the upper and lower nuts of the horizontal spring scale according to the zipper model and apply an appropriate horizontal load to the zipper tape.

9. Press the "Test" button to start the test.

10. Set the number of tests according to the experimental regulations.

After reaching the set number of times, the machine will automatically stop, remove the sample, and turn off the power.

12. Remove the sample and inspect its degree of damage.

2、 Precautions for maintenance of zipper reciprocating pulling testing machine

1. The instrument must be placed on a stable table before use;

2. It is not allowed to move the machine during use;

3. Choose the corresponding power supply voltage, do not exceed it to avoid burning out the components;

4. In case of any abnormality in the instrument, please promptly handle it with our department;

5. The machine must have a good ventilation environment during operation;

6. Due to the high operating load, please add lubricating oil to the mechanical components of the button machine in a timely manner;

7. After each experiment, clean the machine and keep it clean;

8. The control box should be wiped with a dry cloth and not with a damp cloth.
