The HD-E204 battery high-altitude and low-voltage simulation test box is a device used to simulate battery performance testing in high-altitude and low-voltage environments. It simulates high-altitude and low-pressure environments by controlling the air pressure and temperature inside the control box, and then conducts charge and discharge tests on the battery to evaluate its performance and reliability in high-altitude and low-pressure environments.
The battery high-altitude and low-voltage simulation test chamber usually includes a sealed testing room, which is equipped with temperature control, air pressure control, and battery charging and discharging control systems inside the testing room. By controlling these systems, the air pressure and temperature inside the testing room can be reduced to the level of a high-altitude low-pressure environment, and the battery can be subjected to charge and discharge cycle testing. At the same time, the test box will also monitor parameters such as voltage, current, and temperature of the battery to evaluate its performance and reliability in high-altitude and low-voltage environments.
When conducting high-altitude and low-voltage simulation tests on batteries, certain testing standards and requirements need to be followed. For example, the test sample should be placed in a low-pressure box at 11.6KPa (1.68psi) for testing, and the final test result requires that the battery cannot explode or catch fire. In addition, the battery protection valve cannot be damaged.
In summary, the battery high-altitude and low-voltage simulation test chamber is a specialized equipment used to simulate battery performance testing in high-altitude and low-voltage environments, which can effectively evaluate the performance and reliability of batteries in high-altitude and low-voltage environments.
