Screen tension testerA professional measuring/determining instrument used to measure the surface tension value of liquids, which achieves accurate measurement of the surface tension value of liquids through principles such as platinum plate method (different from the hanging plate method and platinum plate method), platinum ring method, * * bubble method, hanging drop method, droplet volume method, and droplet weight method. Meanwhile, using software technology, it is possible to measure the surface tension values that change over time.
Screen tension testerCalibration method: Use a 2-point calibration method: When the tension meter is not under any tension, adjust the reading of the tension meter to 0 point, and then use a weight equivalent to 80% of the range of the screen tension meter (if the tension meter has a range of 10 kilograms, use an 8 kilogram weight) or a weight slightly larger than the material tension, hang it below the tested material, and then hang the other end of the tested material. At this time, the tension on the tested material is the weight of the weight. Now, use a screen tension meter to measure the tension of the tested material, adjust the tension value of the tension meter to the same force as the weight of the weight, and the calibration of the screen tension meter is completed.

1. Use tweezers to pick up the cleaned platinum plate. Use a sprinkling lamp to burn the platinum plate, usually at a 45 degree angle to the horizontal plane, until the platinum plate turns red, for 20-30 seconds. Hang the platinum plate and cover the extinguishing and spraying lamp.
2. Hang the burnt platinum plate on the drop hook and press the "peel" button to display a value of zero.
3. Add the measuring liquid to the sample dish and place the tested sample on the sample stage. Before placing, make sure to visually inspect the height of the platinum plate hanging. If it may be immersed in the sample, please press the "down" button to lower the sample table.
4. After placing the sample, start timing for five minutes to read a value. After taking the value, press' down 'to gradually lower the sample table, and the platinum plate will detach from the tested sample. Then press' up' again, repeat the operation twice for five minutes each to take the value. Add up the three values read and take the mean, which is the evaluated value of this sample.
5. Carefully remove the container containing the sample and put it into the sample to be tested. Gently place the finished container in a cleaning basin and rinse it with running water. If there is residue that cannot be cleaned, wash it by hand and take a small amount of laundry detergent to gently clean it. Place the cleaned utensils in a drying oven.
6. Use tweezers to pick up the platinum plate and rinse it with running water. When rinsing, pay attention to maintaining a certain angle with the water flow. The principle is to let the water flow clean the surface of the plate as much as possible and not let it deform; Then dry the water on the surface of the board with a sprinkling lamp, hang it on the hook, cover and turn off the sprinkling lamp, and close the door.
