What is the uniformity of an aging room without a refrigeration system
Date: 2025-11-20Read: 0

The aging room without refrigeration system (only heated/room temperature aging) usually has a uniformity of ± 3 ℃~± 5 ℃, and some scenarios may reach ± 7 ℃, depending on equipment design and usage conditions.

###Key influencing factors

1. Heating method and power distribution: Equipment with uniform tube layout and multi-point heating has better uniformity (close to ± 3 ℃); Single point heating or power concentration can cause temperature differences to widen.

2. Building structure and sealing: Aging rooms with good insulation and strong sealing can reduce external temperature interference and achieve more stable uniformity; If there is air leakage or poor insulation, the temperature difference will increase.

3. Internal airflow circulation: Equipment with forced circulation fans ensures sufficient air flow and uniformity can be controlled between ± 3 ℃ and ± 4 ℃; In natural convection, hot air rises and cold air sinks, with a temperature difference of ± 5 ℃ to ± 7 ℃.

4. Load situation: The dense placement of loads and uneven heat dissipation may further widen the temperature difference in the same temperature zone, and the situation may exceed ± 7 ℃.

###Industry standard

-Small uncooled aging room (volume<10m ³): The uniformity under forced convection is mostly ± 3 ℃~± 4 ℃, while under natural convection it is ± 4 ℃~± 5 ℃.

-Medium/large uncooled aging room (volume ≥ 10m ³): The uniformity is generally within ± 4 ℃~± 6 ℃. If the load is complex or the room design is simple, it may reach ± 7 ℃.

But Aipei Technology can achieve:
About 10 cubic meters: ± 2 ℃/± 3 ℃, over 20 cubic meters: ± 3 ℃
