This issue is crucial as it directly affects the effectiveness of equipment maintenance and the stability of testing. Core conclusion: The replacement of vulnerable parts should follow the four step process of "power-off cooling → precise disassembly → standardized installation → debugging and verification", and specific attention should be paid to the operation details for different vulnerable parts
1、 General preparation before replacement 1 Safety prerequisite: Turn off the main power of the device, unplug the plug, and wait for the device to cool down (especially for high-temperature components such as xenon lamps and heating tubes, with a cooling time of ≥ 30 minutes). two Tool preparation: Prepare a screwdriver (cross/straight), dust-free gloves, anhydrous ethanol, dust-free cloth, and new vulnerable parts (ensure that the model matches the original accessories). three Environmental preparation: Operate in a dry and clean environment to avoid dust and moisture entering the interior of the equipment. 2、 Common replacement steps for vulnerable parts
(1) Xenon lamp (core vulnerable part) 1 Disassembly: Open the xenon lamp maintenance cover on the top or side of the device, loosen the fixing screw of the lamp holder, unplug the xenon lamp power plug (pay attention to the plug buckle, avoid hard pulling), and remove the old xenon lamp. two Installation: Wear dust-free gloves to hold the two ends of the new xenon lamp (do not touch the glass part of the lamp body), align it with the lamp socket slot, tighten the fixing screws, plug in the power plug and fasten the buckle. three Debugging: Cover the maintenance cover, power on and check if the xenon lamp lights up normally. Confirm whether the spectrum and irradiance are within the standard range through the controller. (2) Filter 1 Disassembly: Open the cover plate of the filter installation slot, loosen the fixing pressure strips on both sides of the filter, and gently remove the old filter (to avoid collision and scratches). two Installation: Wipe both sides of the new filter with anhydrous ethanol (one-way wiping with a dust-free cloth). After the ethanol evaporates, place the filter steadily into the installation slot, press and fix the pressure strip, and cover the cover plate. three Verification: Run the equipment, check the uniformity of irradiation, and ensure that there is no light obstruction or leakage. (3) Sealing strip (box door/pipe) 1 Disassembly: Use a screwdriver to pry open the fixed buckle of the old sealing strip (or tear off the adhesive sealing strip), clean the dust and residue in the sealing strip installation groove (wipe with a dust-free cloth dipped in anhydrous ethanol). two Installation: Align the new sealing strip with the installation groove, press and fix it (for adhesive type, remove the protective film on the back and press evenly to ensure a snug fit; for buckle type, fasten each buckle). three Inspection: Close the box door and press the sealing strip around with your hand to ensure there are no gaps; Run equipment testing to observe for temperature and humidity leaks. (4) Sensor (temperature/humidity/irradiance) 1 Disassembly: Find the installation position of the sensor (usually near the sample holder or xenon lamp inside the box), unplug the sensor wiring plug (remember the wiring sequence, you can take a photo to record), loosen the fixing screw, and remove the old sensor. two Installation: Place the new sensor into the installation position, tighten the fixing screws, and insert the plug in the original wiring sequence (to avoid reverse connection). three Calibration: After power on, calibrate through the controller and compare the data with a standard instrument to ensure accurate detection values. (5) Heating tube/humidifier 1 Disassembly: Open the side cover of the device, find the wiring terminal of the heating tube (or humidifier electrode), loosen the terminal screw to disconnect the wire (record the wiring position), loosen the fixing bracket screw, and remove the old part. two Installation: Place the new heating tube (or electrode) into the bracket, tighten the fixing screws, connect the wires according to the original record, and tighten the terminals (ensuring good contact and no looseness). three Test: Run the corresponding function (heating/humidification) after power on, check if it works normally, and there is no abnormal heating or noise. (6) Relay/contactor (electrical vulnerable parts) 1 Disassembly: Open the electrical control box, locate the faulty relay/contactor, record the wiring positions of each terminal (take photos or draw pictures), loosen the wiring screws to unplug the wires, loosen the fixing screws to remove the old parts. two Installation: Fix the new relay/contactor in the installation position, connect the wires to the corresponding terminals according to the original record, and tighten the screws (to avoid virtual connections). three Verification: After powering on, check whether the relay/contactor is normally engaged and disconnected during equipment operation, without any jamming or abnormal noise. 3、 General precautions after replacement 1 Clean up the site: Sort out the dismantling tools and old vulnerable parts, and wipe the residual dust inside the equipment with a dust-free cloth. two Power on test run: Run the equipment without load for 30 minutes first, check if all functions are normal, and there are no abnormal heating, water leakage, electric leakage, etc. three Record archiving: Fill in the replacement model, replacement date, maintenance personnel, acceptance results, and other information of vulnerable parts in the maintenance record form for easy traceability. four Old parts disposal: Dispose of old and vulnerable parts according to the environmental protection requirements of the enterprise (such as xenon lamps containing mercury, which need to be disposed of according to hazardous waste regulations).
Attention: The above information is for reference only, and replacement should be carried out under the guidance of technical personnel from the equipment supplier.
