GRYLLS successfully collaborates with Harbin Institute of Technology on quality flow meters

Today, GRYLLS Wuxi Sales Department received a customer inquiry about wanting to purchase a high-precision mass flow meter for measuring small flow rates. The customer is a teacher from Harbin Institute of Technology. They originally intended to purchase an imported Coriolis mass flow meter, but due to the delivery date being at least 3 months later, they had to purchase a domestically produced liquid mass flow meter instead of the imported one.

The customer is conducting experimental research and has a high level of accuracy and stability. However, they are not confident about domestically produced small flow mass flow meters. Our technical team has had detailed communication with the customer, and they measure lubricating oil as the medium, with a lower limit flow rate of 0.5kg/h and an upper limit flow rate of 12kg/h. The operating temperature is around 20-40 degrees Celsius.

Based on the flow rate provided by the customer, the technical team recommended a quality flowmeter with an accuracy of 0.2% to the customer. However, the customer also made a request: to provide sample testing and conduct performance testing simultaneously with two other companies. One week after the customer received the sample, we received another message from the customer stating that after a week of strict testing, they felt that the overall performance of this quality flowmeter met their requirements. Therefore, they signed a quality flowmeter contract with us on the same day. This marked the beginning of the cooperation between GRYLLS and Harbin Institute of Technology's quality flowmeter.
