1productIntroduction:
Composite materials are a new type of material with high strength, which can replace some metal materials and often have better performance than metal materials, including strong tensile strength and high and low temperature resistance. Commonly used materials include carbon fiber materials, glass fiber materials, synthetic resins, reinforced fiber plastics, ceramic based materials, carbon based synthetic materials, etc. The commonly used tensile and compression tests for composite materials require corresponding Fule mechanical testing machines and Fule developed composite material testing fixtures, including composite material tensile testing fixtures, compression testing fixtures, bending testing fixtures, shear testing fixtures, etc., including room temperature testing fixtures or high and low temperature testing fixtures.
2、 Composite material test fixtures meet commonly used standards:
Composite material plane tensile test standards: ISO527-4/5, ASTMD3039,? ASTMD5083, GB/T1040, GB/T3355 can be selected with the Fule FL5000 series composite material tensile testing machine;
Composite material plane compression test standards: ISO14126, ASTMD695, ASTMD3410, ASTMD6641. Fule FL5305 composite material plane compression testing machine can be selected;

IIIproductSpecifications:
1. Tensile testing fixtures: equipped with 50KN tensile, 100KN tensile, 200KN tensile fixtures, 300KN tensile fixtures, etc., the Fule hydraulic station can automatically perform tensile testing on composite materials. Optional hydraulic tensile testing fixtures, pneumatic tensile testing fixtures, and flat push tensile testing fixtures are available, with a temperature range of -100 ℃~350 ℃. The technology is *, and intelligent testing is convenient, simple, accurate, and easy to use.
2. Compression test fixture for 1KN compression test~100KN compression test, etc. Choosing the Fule flat compression test fixture device, combined with the Fule high and low temperature environment test device, can achieve compression mechanical performance testing of composite materials at different temperatures, using temperatures of -70~350 ℃.
3. The shear test fixture has a test force of 1KN~50KN, and the high and low temperature test temperature range of the Fule high and low temperature test box is -100 ℃~350 ℃. The large span between the lower support rods is 300mm, and the configurable support rods can support a large sample width of up to 150mm.
4. The bending test fixture has a bending test force of 1KN~100KN, an upper and lower support roller diameter of 11.5mm, a test span of 150-280mm, and a material hardness of ≥ 65HRC for the test fixture
