  1、 Core technical features
1. Dual technology integration: The PA-2000I Hybrid particle size and shape analyzer combines laser occlusion time technology with dynamic image analysis technology to achieve accurate measurement of particle size and shape simultaneously. The laser channel directly determines the particle size distribution (0.1-3600 microns) without any assumptions or prior knowledge of the sample, and the analysis results are not affected by the physical and chemical properties of the particles.
2. High precision measurement: Using a 2mW helium neon laser, the laser resolution reaches 0.33% of the full size, up to 0.2 microns. This direct measurement technique for particle size has higher resolution, smaller detection limits, and higher measurement accuracy, with a measurable concentration range of up to 10 ^ 9 particles/cc (1 micron particles).
3. Multi functional integration: The instrument can measure liquid, solid, and airborne particles within the range of 0.1-5000 microns, supporting multiple sample types. The software algorithm can automatically pre program and calculate all parameters, including analysis parameters of particle size and shape such as strip diameter, area, perimeter, roundness, aspect ratio, etc.

1. Image analysis capability: Using video channel technology, presenting 2D particle dynamic size and shape within the particle size range of 1-5 microns. The obtained particle images are analyzed and displayed by powerful image software, which involves more than ten analysis parameters of sample particles. 2. Intelligent software system: The software adopts a friendly design and has the ability to automatically process particle images, which can assist in optimizing particle sample measurement. The S/W parameter can be used separately for microscope applications, and when a compatible CCD camera is installed on an optical microscope, the acquired images can also be analyzed accordingly.

Online measurement capability: It can provide analysis solutions for cast-in-place width applications and process varieties, and achieve real-time monitoring of grinding, crystallization, polymerization, homogenization, filtration, separation, drying, dispersion and other processes in pilot factories, reactors or laboratories.
