  Low temperature and low pressure thermocoupleWith the continuous development of China's power industry, there is an urgent need for various thermocouples and thermistors suitable for temperature measurement in power stations to replace imported products. Based on market demand and after soliciting opinions from design institutes and power plant users, as well as referencing the EBASCO standards in the United States, our company has designed and launched this series of products for low-temperature and low-pressure thermocouples. Due to the dual section separation structure of the protective tube used in the low-temperature and low-pressure thermocouple, all temperature sensing elements are armored and elastic compression is adopted, making the installation and use of this series of products more convenient, with shorter thermal response time, higher stability and reliability.
Low temperature and low voltage thermocouple products are mainly used for temperature measurement of thermal power generation units and pipelines below 600000 kilowatts.
Low temperature and low voltage thermocouple insulation resistance:
The test voltage for room temperature insulation resistance is 500V DC. The atmospheric conditions for measuring room temperature insulation resistance are: temperature 15-35 ℃, relative humidity 45%, and atmospheric pressure 86-106Kpa.
For thermocouples with a length exceeding 1 meter, the product of their insulation resistance at room temperature and their length shall not be less than 100 megaohms per meter,

For thermocouples with a length of 1 meter or less, their insulation resistance at room temperature should not be less than 100 M Ω.
Thermal resistance insulation resistance:
The test voltage for insulation resistance at room temperature can be any value between 10-100V DC, the ambient temperature should be within the range of 15-35 ℃, the relative humidity should not exceed 80%, and the insulation resistance value at room temperature should not be less than 100 M Ω.
Low temperature and low pressure thermocouple is a temperature sensing element, belonging to contact temperature measuring instruments. Like temperature control instruments, it is the most commonly used temperature measuring element in industrial production. Low temperature and low voltage thermocouple materials are generally expensive and consist of two different types of metal wires. Low temperature and low voltage thermocouples convert temperature signals into thermoelectric potential signals, converting electrical instruments into the temperature of the measured medium.Low temperature and low pressure thermocoupleThe principle of temperature measurement is to form a closed circuit with two homogeneous conductors of different compositions. When there is a temperature gradient at both ends, there is a current passing through the circuit, and there is a thermoelectric potential between the two ends. Low temperature and low pressure thermocouples are connected with fixed threads and sealed to the main equipment, mainly used to measure low temperature and low pressure steam and water temperature.
Low temperature and low voltage thermocouples are specialized thermocouples produced by our factory for temperature measurement in power plants. With the continuous development of China's power industry, there is an urgent need for various thermocouples suitable for power plants to replace imports. Our factory has successively introduced professional manufacturing technology and equipment, and based on the original products and referring to the EBASCO specifications in the United States, we have redesigned the low-temperature and low-voltage thermocouples, adding new varieties to make the entire supporting series of varieties and specifications meet the needs of domestic or imported 300000 and 600000 kW generator sets and other domestic units, and meet the market with excellent quality. The low-temperature and low-voltage thermocouples should comply with JB/T9238-1999 and JB/T8622-1997 standards.
Low temperature and low pressure thermocouples are mainly used to measure the temperature of steam pipelines and boilers. Thermocouples use a thermal sleeve to protect the tube and can be separated from the thermocouple. When in use, users can weld or mechanically fix the thermal sleeve to the equipment, and then install the thermocouple to work. The advantage of low-temperature and low-pressure thermocouples is that they increase the working pressure and service life of the protective tube, and facilitate the maintenance or replacement of the thermocouple.
