Intrinsic safety temperature transmitters are ideal products for equipment matching, factory automation control, and laboratory temperature measurement and control.
Intrinsic safety temperature transmitters are divided into ordinary type, explosion-proof type, and intrinsic safety type;
The ordinary type is for general use in general places and cannot be used in explosive environments.

On site installation of intrinsic safety temperature transmitter
The interface of the 1GT-T series temperature transmitter standard product is divided into M20 * 1.5, M27 * 2.0, and 1/2NTP. The probe insertion depth is divided into 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, 250mm, and 300mm according to the model. Generally, the transmitter should be installed vertically downwards. Before installation, it should be confirmed that the temperature change range of the measuring point is within the measurement range of the transmitter, and the power supply should be confirmed to meet the standards before powering on.
The installation of intrinsically safe temperature transmitters that require sealing and fixation requires the installation of sealing O-rings on the interface threads for reliable sealing. The probe insertion depth should be at least the radius of the pipeline to ensure that the probe is located at the center of the pipeline after installation (in order to ensure reliable contact between the probe and the measured medium).
The power supply inlet line requires the use of locking components to prevent it from being pulled out by external forces. It is recommended to use rust proof materials for the locking components, and it is not recommended to replace them with non rust proof materials except in special circumstances.
The incoming line of the 5 intrinsic safety temperature transmitter is required to be installed in the wiring box and fixed according to the intrinsic safety explosion-proof requirements. After installation, it is necessary to confirm that the power supply meets the standards and requirements before powering onIntrinsic safety temperature transmitterPower on after the complete installation of the shell; When opening the lid, the power must be turned off before opening the lid.
When the intrinsic safety temperature transmitter used in explosion-proof field environment is abnormal, please power off and dismantle it for maintenance in a timely manner. It is not allowed to measure or repair it on site. The disassembled connectors should be properly handled (using insulation tape or other insulation materials to reliably isolate them, and the corresponding pathways should be powered off).
When intrinsically safe temperature transmitters used in explosion-proof on-site environments are abnormal, on-site maintenance is generally allowed, but it is not recommended to conduct on-site maintenance. It is recommended to power off and dismantle them for maintenance in a timely manner. The disassembled wiring head should be properly handled (using insulation tape or other insulation materials to reliably isolate and disconnect the corresponding circuit). If on-site live maintenance is required, a dedicated person must be dispatched by a manufacturer who has obtained intrinsic safety certification to assist in the maintenance.
9. The power wiring requires the use of copper wires with a cross-sectional area of at least 0.5mm2. U-shaped clips should be installed at the wire interface, and if conditions permit, soldering can be added to ensure the reliability of the connection and to prevent wire burrs. The nuts on the terminal posts are equipped with spring plates and washers to prevent rotation and detachment of the wiring. Please ensure the integrity of the wiring part during installation. The safety barrier used in conjunction with the intrinsically safe explosion-proof transmitter should be selected and installed according to the technical specifications.
Precautions for intrinsically safe temperature transmitters
Explosion proof products are not allowed to replace or modify components and structures that affect their explosion-proof performance at will.
The temperature probe should not be subjected to force to prevent the probe from breaking.
The transmitter cannot be used in environments beyond its operating temperature range.
  4Intrinsic safety temperature transmitterFor precision instruments, please pay attention to shock resistance, impact resistance, and waterproofing during use to avoid damage to the accuracy and performance of the instrument.
Select according to on-site needs, and do not install intrinsically safe temperature transmitters of a certain safety level in other hazardous areas.
