In recent years, Shanghai Automation Instrument Co., Ltd. has positioned its electronic control device products in overseas markets and gradually matured, achieving significant breakthroughs in scale in overseas markets. Especially in the Indian market, there is a great potential for growth, and Ziyi Group's active deployment in the Indian market provides a big stage for expanding its business in the later stage, opening up new growth opportunities While adapting to the demand of the Indian dust removal market, Ziyi Group has undertaken projects such as Rosa, Sasa, and Potrey, among which the Rosa project has been successfully handed over The Sha Sheng project's 6X660MW supercritical coal-fired unit marks the official entry of Ziyi Electric Control Equipment into the super large power plant project.

Ziyi Group System Engineering Company and Technology Center cooperated fully to overcome various difficulties. In this project, they not only invested great effort in the design, but also made significant improvements in the controller function, which ultimately received recognition from the owner.

We have created products and hired 20 years of experienced electrostatic precipitator experts to establish a professional R&D team in the technical center. We use high-performance 32-bit ARM9 control chips and independently build low-voltage simulation debugging platforms, high-voltage simulation electric fields, and independently develop controllers. At the same time, a large amount of data was collected on-site in India, and the controller was successfully tested at Baosteel's testing site in China before being applied to the dust removal market in India. Through a series of scientific practices, significant breakthroughs have been achieved, including:

The original control functions are more complete, including spark rate control, spark control level reaching * level, stable and reliable arc protection, solving special working conditions such as back corona and secondary dust, current and voltage limit control, intermittent power supply control

● Added COC comprehensive optimization function (to improve control performance), anti corona optimization control (for handling high specific resistance flue gas and harsh working conditions), vibration logic control (in conjunction with optimization control to improve ash cleaning efficiency), and turbidity optimization control (to save energy consumption).

Develop communication gateway to achieve Ethernet interconnection. The use of Ethernet communication can achieve concurrent communication of multiple master stations and large amounts of data, which can be used as a basis to achieve various optimization functions of the controller. The application of the gateway ensures the stability, reliability, performance, and speed of large-scale data communication (more than 10000 communication points) like the Indian Sasanian project, while meeting the communication requirements with DCS Ethernet, enhancing communication compatibility.

Equipment protection function (ensuring equipment safety): The controller itself is designed with hardware full isolation, ample capacity, misoperation protection, EMC3 level protection, etc. Transformer and body: protection for arc, biased excitation, oil temperature, oil level, voltage, current, open circuit, short circuit, main switch, etc.

Compared with similar products at home and abroad, the controller of the electronic control device has the following advantages: firstly, high dust removal efficiency. Under the same operating conditions, it has been verified on site by Baosteel that it can effectively improve the dust removal efficiency of electrostatic precipitator. Secondly, it consumes less energy. Under the same design conditions for electrostatic precipitators, the total power consumption can be reduced by more than 10%. By using new control equipment, energy savings of over 30% can be achieved while ensuring the same dust removal efficiency. Thirdly, it has rich functions. In addition to its conventional control functions, it also has manual/automatic vibration, fault diagnosis, alarm, and optimization functions. Fourthly, the product has strong adaptability. Being able to adapt to the adverse environment of humid and dusty conditions in countries such as India and Indonesia, and adjust various parameters for different working conditions to achieve the maximum efficiency of dust removal, the controller has made the following breakthroughs in the domestic and international markets:

The introduction of comprehensive optimization control function can greatly overcome corona compared to other similar electrostatic precipitator products. Due to the high ash content and low calorific value of coal in India, the specific resistance of fly ash generated is high, making it prone to back corona phenomenon. In addition, to meet the increasingly high emission requirements, we have improved the controller for electrostatic precipitator. The new generation of independently developed EPACUII controllers has now reached the level of directly replacing ALSTOM's EPIC-II controller and reaching EPIC-III.

● More convenient installation and more reasonable distribution of components. Save a lot of labor. Maintaining the stable dust removal efficiency of an electrostatic precipitator is a systematic project. To maintain dust removal efficiency, in addition to improving the functionality of the controller, our designers are required to have good scientificity and accuracy. In addition to designing electrical control devices with complete protection functions, it is also necessary to ensure that high-voltage power supply equipment has convenient installation and a reasonable distribution structure of components, so that the equipment can operate safely in high temperature, humidity, and dusty environments in India.

There are multiple functions to control sparks. The spark function is divided into detection, shutdown, and tracking. The detection of sparks can be achieved by setting the rate of change of secondary voltage and the maximum value of secondary current. The spark can be turned off by selecting different working modes, including self (do not turn off, let the arc extinguish on its own), short (turn off), and self+short (combination), to adapt to different on-site working conditions. The spark tracking function maintains the maximum input current to the dust collector as much as possible to obtain the maximum high voltage, which can be achieved by optimizing and adjusting three slopes (A, B, and C slopes). At the same time, we are constantly strengthening communication with the owners to better and faster communicate with them about the effectiveness of the controller's spark control function. Through simulated electric fields and on-site practical verification, the controller's spark control performance is good and the spark energy loss is small.

High dust collection performance. By adopting new technologies such as voltage reduction vibration and comprehensive optimization, extremely low emission requirements can be achieved. Strengthen training on the principles of electrostatic devices for users, so that they understand the factors that affect the efficiency of dust collectors. This will enable them to maintain a stable dust removal rate in future use and make timely judgments in case of malfunctions to avoid affecting the dust removal effect.
