Breakthrough and application prospects of full spectrum LED solar simulator technology

The full spectrum LED solar simulator, with its technological breakthroughs and wide application prospects, is becoming a core tool in scientific research and industrial fields. At the technical level, the device achieves high-precision reproduction of the full spectrum of sunlight (280nm-2500nm) through multi band LED combination and spectral synthesis technology. At the same time, the cold light characteristics of the LED light source and the closed-loop temperature control system ensure that the output fluctuation of the equipment is less than 0.5% after 12 hours of continuous operation, and the temperature rise during battery testing is controlled within 2 ℃, solving the problem of damage to new types of batteries such as perovskite due to the thermal effect of xenon lamps.
In the application field, full spectrum LED simulators have penetrated into cutting-edge directions such as new energy, materials science, and modern agriculture. In the photovoltaic industry, its ready to use feature increases the efficiency of production line testing by 50%. Coupled with digital source meters and temperature control platforms, it can achieve full automation of IV characteristic testing, helping to promote the commercialization of perovskite cells.
