At present, the rapid and efficient separation and characterization of lipoproteins from human serum has become an important technique for the identification and research of coronary artery disease. In this application manual, we used the CS150NX micro ultracentrifuge and the 140AT fixed angular rotation, with a maximum relative centrifugal force of 1050000 x g (140000 rpm) and a maximum sample capacity of 10 x 2 mL, which can efficiently separate lipoproteins from human whole blood.
