In this article, we introduce a method for separating the special region of cell membrane called "lipid raft". Using the CP-NX series ultracentrifuge and P40ST horizontal rotor, the anti detergent membrane raft (DRM) was purified from developing cerebellar tissue by density gradient centrifugation.
