Sensor and signal issues:
Sensor connection failure:
Re plug and unplug the sensor and ensure it is securely locked to prevent poor contact from causing data jumps.
If the sensor is damaged (such as insulation layer damage), it is necessary to replace it with the same type of accessory.
Signal interference:
Stay away from strong electromagnetic fields (such as frequency converters, high-power motors), or use shielded cables.
When the environmental temperature and humidity exceed the standard (>30 ℃ or>80% RH), suspend testing and improve conditions.
Power and startup faults:
Unable to start:
Check if the power cord is securely connected and try replacing the socket or power cord.
If it still cannot be started, it may be due to an internal power module malfunction, and the manufacturer needs to be contacted for maintenance.
Abnormal voltage/current display:
Calibrate the accuracy of the instrument (every six months) and compare it with a standard source.
Check if the contact points of the test line are oxidized, and replace the cable if necessary.
