I. Overview

This testing machine is designed in accordance with the corresponding provisions of GB2099.1, GB17465.1, and GB15092.1, and is used for testing the lifespan of plugs, sockets, couplers, and appliance switches for household and similar purposes. This testing machine is connected to the load box and can perform electrical life testing on plugs, sockets, couplers, and appliance switches. This testing machine is used by the quality inspection department of electrical accessory and household appliance manufacturing enterprises for quality control and quality testingExperimental equipment.

2、 Structure

The switch and plug socket life testing machine uses a cylinder as power to drive the slide rail assembly equipped with plug fixtures to perform reciprocating linear motion, thereby completing the insertion and extraction of plugs and sockets. Its operating frequency and on/off time are regulated and controlled by a forward/reverse timer, which is easy to operate, convenient and reliable to control.
