1Equipment Overview:

2、 Equipment structure and principle:
This testing machine adopts a box type structure, with an overall anti-static spray coating and etched stainless steel plate as the panel. Life test: can be conducted at the same timeTwo sets of contacts are tested for lifespan, and one set of contacts is tested with two load boxes. The load box consists of one power supply and two loads, and the contact and load wiring are shown in Figure 1. The total number of tests, power on time, and power-off time can be set on the touch screen to automatically determine the quality of the contacts. If the contacts are stuck or not powered on for a long time during the testing process, it will be considered unqualified and an automatic shutdown alarm will be triggered.
