Brief Introduction

The thermal shock test chamber is a device used to simulate the performance testing of materials or products under rapid temperature changes, widely used in fields such as electronics, aerospace, automotive, and materials. The correct use of the thermal shock test chamber can ensure the accuracy and reliability of the test results. The following introduces its usage method and precautions

Instructions for use

1. Preparation work: Place the cold and hot shock test chamber on a well ventilated and unobstructed stable ground, and connect the power supply. Check if the inside of the test chamber is clean and ensure that there are no foreign objects affecting the test results.

2. Set parameters according to the experimental requirements, including the temperature range, rate of change, and duration of the thermal shock test chamber. Usually, there is a control panel on the test chamber, which can be set through buttons or touch screens on the control panel.

3. Prepare samples, prepare the samples or products to be tested according to the experimental requirements, and place them in the testing slot inside the test chamber according to standard methods. Pay attention to the spacing and layout between samples to ensure the accuracy of testing.

4. Start the test, set the parameters and place the sample, then start the cold and hot shock test chamber for testing. The test chamber will automatically perform temperature changes and perform cold and hot shock tests based on the set parameters.

5. Monitor the experimental process, regularly check the temperature changes inside the test chamber during the testing process, and pay attention to observing the changes in the status of the samples. The built-in temperature sensor and monitoring system can be used to monitor temperature changes and sample response in real time.

6. After the experiment is completed, close the test chamber and take out the sample. According to the experimental requirements, record and analyze the corresponding data to evaluate the performance changes of the sample under cold and hot shock conditions.
