Working principle of high and low temperature rapid impact test box for cold and hot shock test
Date: 2025-10-29Read: 2

thermal shock chamberIt is a testing device used to simulate temperature environment changes, widely used in fields such as electronics and electrical engineering, automotive and motorcycle, aerospace, and defense industry. It tests the performance of the product under temperature conditions by rapidly heating and cooling the test sample, and evaluates the tolerance of materials, components, and products to rapid temperature changes.
1、 Working principle

The cold and hot shock test chamber usually adopts a three box structure design, which is divided into a high temperature zone, a low temperature zone, and a testing zone. The working principle of achieving temperature shock through wind path switching mainly includes the following steps:

temperature controlThere is a precise temperature control system inside, which achieves precise control of the testing environment through the coordinated work of heating elements and refrigeration devices. Refrigeration systems often use binary cascade cycles, including high/low temperature dual refrigeration circuits, and use environmentally friendly refrigerants.

air circulationInternally equipped with a powerful fan or air circulation system, the air flows evenly inside the box, ensuring that the test sample can be subjected to the same environmental conditions in all parts.

Sample placementThe test samples are placed on dedicated racks inside the test chamber, which typically have good thermal conductivity and can ensure that the temperature changes experienced by the samples are consistent with the environment inside the chamber.

program settingsUsers can set different temperature shock sequences according to their testing needs, such as high temperature low temperature cycling, constant temperature maintenance, etc., to meet the testing requirements of different products.
