  Mixed vacuum defoamerThe standardized operation is the core of ensuring uniform material defoaming and stable equipment operation. It is necessary to strictly follow the full process standard of "preparation operation closing". The specific requirements are as follows:
1、 Preparation before operation
Equipment and environmental inspection: Confirm that the appearance of the equipment is undamaged, the power and grounding wires are securely connected, and the voltage matches. Check that the vacuum pump, mixer, sealing ring and other components are intact, and that the vacuum gauge and tachometer display normally. The equipment should be placed in a dry and ventilated area, away from flammable and explosive materials, with reserved space for operation and heat dissipation.
Material pretreatment: Filter the material to remove solid impurities and avoid damaging the mixing components. If the viscosity of the material is too high, it can be heated to below 60 ℃ according to the process requirements to reduce stirring resistance.
Safety and tool preparation: Operators need to wear protective gloves, goggles, and other protective equipment. Prepare specialized cleaning agents and wiping tools to ensure that the equipment is clean and free of residue.
2、 Core operating procedures
Loading specification: Slowly pour the pre treated material into the mixing bucket. The loading amount for industrial models should not exceed 2/3 of the bucket body, while for experimental models it should be controlled between 1/2-2/3 of the cup body to avoid overflow during mixing. Tighten the lid of the bucket or cup to ensure a good seal.
Parameter setting: Adjust the parameters according to the material characteristics. Set the stirring speed to 300-500rpm for low viscosity materials (such as ink) and 100-200rpm for high viscosity materials (such as epoxy resin). The vacuum degree is usually set from -95KPa to -99KPa, and materials containing volatile components can be adjusted to -92KPa to -99KPa. The stirring and defoaming time is generally 1-5 minutes, and the optimal duration can be determined through sample testing.
Start and monitor: First turn on the vacuum pump, and then start the mixing function when the vacuum degree reaches the set value. Observe whether the equipment is stable during operation, without any abnormal noise or sudden drop in vacuum degree. It is strictly prohibited to touch the stirring components in operation, and unauthorized changes to parameters are not allowed.
Shutdown and unloading: After reaching the set time, stop stirring first, and then turn off the vacuum pump. After opening the exhaust valve to balance the air pressure, slowly open the bucket lid to avoid material splashing. Complete unloading according to process requirements to avoid material residue.
3、 Closing after operation
Equipment cleaning: Use specialized solvents (such as alcohol, acetone, suitable for material characteristics) to clean the mixing drum, mixing blades, and sealing parts, remove residual materials, and air dry before use.
Daily maintenance: Check if the sealing ring is intact, and replace it promptly if it is aged or damaged. Clean the dust on the surface of the equipment and tidy up the power cords and pipelines.
Recording and Storage: Record the material type, parameter settings, and operating status of this operation. Before long-term shutdown of the equipment, power it on once a month and start the vacuum pump to maintain negative pressure for 10 minutes to prevent rusting of the components.
4、 Safety precautions
Untrained personnel are not allowed to operate the equipment and strictly follow the parameter range during operation to avoid excessive mixing that may cause the material to heat up and deteriorate.
If there is an abnormality during operation, immediately press the emergency stop button, turn off the power and troubleshoot. It is forbidden to operate with the fault.
Regularly calibrate the vacuum gauge and tachometer, check the vacuum pump monthly to ensure accurate equipment parameters and stable performance.
