Opening the door of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber, you will see above it: an over temperature protector, temperature sensor, humidity sensor, and wet bulb water tank. The humidity gauze is hung on the humidity sensor in a suspended state, and its bottom end is directly immersed in the wet bulb water tank. If there is a phenomenon of water dripping down, you can open the chamber door to observe.
① Check if the floor of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber is flat. The angle of inclination can cause water imbalance in the wet bulb water tank, causing water to drip down. At this point, simply move the equipment to a flat surface.
② Check the water circuit of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber. It is necessary to observe whether the inlet valve is too large, which leads to insufficient water flow. If so, the water valve can be directly turned down.
③ Check if the water level box in the water circuit of the temperature and humidity test box is too high to prevent too much water from entering. At this time, adjust the water level box.
④ Is the frequency of setting the water replenishment time for the constant temperature and humidity test chamber too high to avoid excessive water replenishment? If so, the water replenishment interval can be increased to reduce the frequency.
